They aren't adding chopped up pieces of foreskin into this product, they are growing skin cells (which were isolated from a foreskin) and then adding just the liquid these cells are grown in to whatever cosmetic they are talking about. We don't ever take foreskins...20 years ago doctors took the skin from a circumcised infant and figured out how to grow (culture) those cells in tiny flasks. They shared those cells with everyone, and now we all continually grow these cells, no baby dicks involved.
