| 1 | The most unpopular opinionI heard a coach talking about this once. This "faking confidence untill you become confident" approach works for some people. If a person is already 'sort of' confident and just needs a little push, this actually works well. But if a person has been unconfident his whole life, pretending to be confident just builds a wall around him.
