Go to the gym as much or as little as you want. Don’t think about it ever again. But yes you go way too much. Just go enjoy life. Gym rats are always sad single old dudes.

TRP is a good place to start. Lots of great ideas and practices to find you a woman and keep her interested. But the don’t get married and enjoy women part can probably be ignored. I see my single friends and I see the married guys with family’s. And it’s not always the comedy cliche movie about women ruining your life for the married guys. Life is fun with people to enjoy it with. Talk about it with. Reminisce about it. Yeah single guys fuck new people all the time and travel but without anyone…

I am married and my friend group stayed together because of that. Wives are friends and now kids are friends. All our single friends have pretty much disappeared. Single guy life is fun in 20’s but here at 40 I could not imagine still enjoying being alone.

Lol. We were in Mexico at Christmas and I bought 5 pairs of fake ray bands. Pink, blue, green, black, wood. I wear them everywhere, swimming in the ocean, roller coasters etc. Cheap sunglasses are my favourite.

I'm 38 with a wife and two kids so it was the best thing I have ever done. But I wouldn't suggest it for you. Give yourself some time. You may want children one day and the longer you have it the less chance of being reversible.

Just move on and realize you doged a bullet. Cut off all communication even when she calls to ask for you back. You deserve better. Had the exact same thing happen to me at 22. I was devastated and wanted to get her back but realized that she wasn't worth it. A month later when I was seeing a great girl and happier then ever, that's when the calls started rolling in asking to take her back. Make sure when this happens you either ignore them or you tell her too little too late.

I'm the same way. I actually enjoy being married. Sex is great but even better is having someone to share experiences with. Doing fun shit is ok but without having the same person to share and experience it with I don't have as much fun.

Canadian here so mine was free. Took 5 minutes and then I drove back to work. No pain during, and very little during recovery since I pre emptily popped some Advil for 4 days. Was easier than a trip to the dentist. Google scalpelless needleless vasectomy, that's what my doctor did.
