1	I think I finally understand the importance of pausing and speaking slowly Holy shit I wish I could. I talk extremely fast, like someone on speed. If I try and slow down I stutter and I'll pick back up by talking twice as fast. It doesn't help that I mumble and have a slight lisp. Having a lisp makes me search for words and phrases that I wont butcher. The only thing I've found that remotely helps is either looking away or closing my eyes and tapping my fingers while I'm talking. Which makes me look like a crackhead.
