The same process he went through, at his own great expense, he would have to have undergone again, and he, under legal advice, could not be guaranteed any more justice than he had the first time. The #metoo issue has made it unlikely for men to get a fair hearing as the legal liability for companies makes it difficult for them to adjudicate issues fairly. It's easier- and cheaper- and safer- to simply shoot the male. Keep your cool. You're not the first one this has happened to. You won't be the last. If you want to make an example of false allegations, using Brett Kavanaugh as an example is a very poor choice. The allegations were credible and any needed investigation into them was interfered with by the White House, which also coached Kavanaugh- so much for separation of powers in the US.
