Nah, I can't be convinced of this in the least. Did hypergamy once have a vital purpose? Sure, the toughest most resourceful dudes got chosen to reproduce. Cue us. Is hypergamy keeping with the times or is it obsolete evolutionary baggage? Yes. Hypergamy is maladaptive in a high-tech society just like several other animalistic behaviors. To the people in the comments mentioning this is an "Islamic shithole": you seem ignorant of the fact that, just like in your own country, the culture at large is largely irrelevant inside the ivory tower halls of academia and other elite institutions. I wouldn't be surprised if there's wokesters in every university in the world even if it's Iran... or South Africa.

I concur that this is, indeed, a excellent post. (Edit: And an excellent thread; I've just read the responses and they mirror the thoughts I've mostly kept to myself for nearly 2 years now after waking up.) I used to think feminism was "preferable" to so-called "alt-right gateways" and neo-nazism but it turns out these "alt-right gateways" are mostly leftists or liberals themselves -- and the same tribal forces that guide white supremacy and ethnic nationalism are the ones that guide intersectar…
