Balance is key. Yes, it is good to reflect on the past and acquire knowledge from previous experiences. But to drown your conscious with these questions doesn't sound ethical and dwelling about your life is not healthy. Set goals for yourself, workout, eat healthy. Stay in contact with family and friends. Build relationships with new people.

I have to agree You got to stop being a fucking pussy. You don't have to be open about it but cut the bitch off. You don't have to say anything mean but just be unavailable for her. Show interest in other women. This braud has you by the nuts. You sound really mind fucked so I recommend be short with her and don't hangout with her. If you come off as aggressive and mean she can spin the whole situation on you and make you seem like the bad guy. Stay cool and cut her off. No point on stressin abo…

Honestly, make sure to get on a decent sleep schedule and eat healthy. Stay away from booze and drugs. Go for a walk in the morning and get out of the house. Even if you are not deeply religious go to church. Ask for help.

I agree. Play it cool for like 2-3 weeks. Go out a couple times, don't go crazy taking her out somewhere fancy. Go for a movie, grab lunch, invite her over to your place and look for any signals she gives you. Try not to text first and double text. Be confident and call her. Look for non-verbal cues and interaction.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
