By "locking eyes randomly" I mean do you catch her staring at you for no particular reason, BUT when your eyes meet hers you find it super hard to look away from her face? You'd be able to sense a difference in the way your eyes meet - she won't look away when you do, for example, and you'll actually WANT to look again and see if her stare is still there :P

You're right - being tall is neutral at worst but 90% of the time its considered an attractive feature in any man. If it makes you feel any better, I watched that scene too and it wasn't very obvious to me either.
