I sometimes do. Be extremely careful with farmers walk because it can mess up your lower back. My personal best was 92kg x2 (bodyweight 80kg) for 30m and my last injury was with 45kg x2 warmup session. Pull out a list of top 100 Starcraft 2 players globally. You only find one female player (Scarlett) in that list.
