Quality will always exceed quantity. I've just realized that I've had an unhealthy mindset and I need to stop being so cynical about not meeting a quality guy because while maybe there are a lot of "losers" there are still many great guys out there... you just have to find them.

Listen to what redx4 is telling you. You have been together for over a month. Be yourself.

Maybe ask her what she's looking for? Then you can get a sense of what you'd be willing to experience with her or say to her. I wouldn't tell the girls that you're keeping them on "rotation" but I also do not condone lying. Are you sleeping with all of these girls or just going on dates and hanging out?

I can get dates, that's not the issue here. I have problems with seeing the RMV as high in others except for a select few.

Ok but what if my value is high and the value of a lot of people in my area are low in my perspective?

High status girl to make her guess? What does this mean exactly? I have an idea but want to make sure I understand correctly. That's AMAZING. Thanks for that tip. I tried it out and it's pretty awesome Edit: how long is long if the girl made you wait? More than an hour and less than 5?

So a guy who has a girl thinking those things initially would probably let a girls text marinate for a day or two possibly?

The guy I'm talking to literally takes FOREVER to text back some days and other days he's instant. I asked him a question yesterday evening and I still haven't heard back from him (this has happened probably once or twice before). It makes me overthink way too much and I find myself questioning if he is just bad at texting or really doesn't care for me. I want to go out with him again so I can see where we stand.

That's the number one reason I have a hate relationship with texting: the overthinking and over-scrutinizing. Have you initially dated a guy who was a bad texter?

I have a love/hate relationship with it because I see its pros and cons. Tone is one of those cons. But have you ever had a guy be very, very slow at texting back who was interested?

So would you say you'd classify yourself as a bad texter?

So initially when you both just started dating, you both enjoyed continued texting?

Feeling protected by an SO is something I adore as well. I love being an independent woman, but there's something about having that one man by my side and putting his arm around me that makes me feel comfortable.

As in here in this sub or here in this thread?

Seems to be the consensus. What do you mean by "got comfortable"?

"Figuring it all out?" What do you mean by that?

As a TRP member, what was the initial spark that gave you the interest in learning more about TRP's philosophies?

I've witnessed the negative side of TRP but I find that the philosophy behind it overall to be helpful in understanding the psychological nature behind the human mind and it's relation to relationships and such. Having different viewpoints helps to understand more people to then be able to connect with them on a deeper level. What prompted you to become part of TRP?

These are my assumptions: A. He's interested but wants to take it slow (I.e. Interested in something that's not casual) B. He's inexperienced in the dating world C. I'm someone he's settling for at the moment Here's how I came to these conclusions: first date I made the first move where he then asked if we should go back to my place to which I responded with maybe another time and he stated that was an intelligent decision. Second date we had a casual night out at a restaurant bar to which after…

I'm looking for advice from men about men. I don't think women would help me succeed in the questions that I have

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
