Ever wish she cheated? Both ex-wives cheated. I do feel that it made it easier to distance myself when there's that much betrayal and anger focused onto more "tangible" reasons for why the marriage ended. I think it's a more intense pain, but I'd compare it to a bullet to the ol' noggin versus brain cancer. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/07/24 02:40 PM
The Gym is NOT the Answer for Everyone…and Could Even be Dangerous…I started with just 20 minutes of treadmill work. I'd hit up the apartment gym and jog as much as I could and walk the remainder, making distance the metric to beat. I didn't plan on joining a gym at the time, but felt the treadmill wasn't enough after about a month. | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/12/23 04:00 PM

Is a self-described hoe phase any reason to be concerned? What is her recent dating history like? Has she been sleeping with men on the second/third dates? Have they been LTRs? Most women have been through some sort of "hoe phase," unfortunately. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/09/23 07:27 PM
Is there something wrong with women? That's really interesting. But most cheaters, including women, cheat down. I get the "grass is greener" mentality coupled with just easy access to whatever's readily available, but it doesn't seem to jive with "dating across and marrying up." Any thoughts? | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/06/22 03:36 PM
Books to help with emotional side of things?Breakup Bootcamp. Written mainly for females but most of the research is universally applicable. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/11/21 09:28 AM
I am a divorced dad, but I need advice on a new relationship where I have to either commit to emotional change or end the relationship.Take a minute to consider this - you've recognized and analyzed your emotions, you're doing the work to learn about yourself, and you're actually online seeking input from other people. Avoidants typically don't recognize their problems, and they're also the least likely to seek help for the problems they can't see. I think you're already changing, but that doesn't change some of the red flags in your relationship. You can try to talk to her about some of those red flags to avoid miscommunicatio… | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/10/21 02:31 PM
