1	What do I do when I'm just not feeling it? Everyone has bad days. How fit are you physically? Going to the gym helps you break out of your lethargy. Try walking out of the gym after working up a good pump--feeling like a million bucks and talking to people. Are you sleeping well? Some of my worst days are preceded by a bad night's sleep. I've always thought my inner game to be pretty solid and chalked up the slight nervousness to that tingly feeling you get when seeing an attractive face before you / blood rushing to the crotch area. I consider myself on-par emotionally, intellectually, and physically with anyone, but there's always some uncertainty when learning the ins-and-outs of "gaming", if you will.
