This is an important post because it's easy for anyone, even the pros, to obsess over the tiny details to the point of defeating the motivation to do a lift. I've been exercising and/lifting for over 5 years and sometimes I get hung up on details then just go "fuck it, don't hurt yourself, and accept the learning curve".

Your argument is incredibly tangled. I can't respond to it.

Same here. This story sounds 100% believable to me. I've grabbed tits and ass within 10 seconds of meeting, no big deal.

I've written a few 100% factual FRs before and I too was accused of "making things up" to the point where it was down-voted into oblivion. It's just that a lot of guys simply have no clue what type of shit you can do when you've got the looks and frame to go with it. No worries.

Thank you for this contribution. This list of books looks to be enough to satisfy the desire to elevate one's understanding in almost any area.

Thank you for your suggestions. I'm not sure why this is being down-voted when it's self-referential by users who aren't even offering any criticisms. Thoughts?

I have answered your question directly, and added it as an edit to the post.

Apologies for missing important context. Her behavior leading up to the aforementioned event had been quite unacceptable. Bitchy, starting arguments over insignificant bullshit, trying to rouse me up and get me to lose frame. I withdrew 100% of my attention, as I've done every time I don't accept her behavior. I told her bluntly I'm not in the relationship for any of her bullshit and that it either stops now, or I walk. Or, she can make a decision and fix her bullshit "...or you can leave me, or…

Yes. Ultimatums have been quite effective in my LTR. It was the typical shit. She tried to test my resolve when she inserted relationship drama into our mix. I quite literally told her to either leave me, or stay with me because I don't give a shit either way, and it can end (snaps finger) "...like that!" We currently even live together, but there is a room for each of us if need be. What do you think she chose? She said she thought about the good and "bad" in our relationship, and saw that ther…

Admittedly, I saw some sensational language and wrote it off quickly.

The other study that I came across was in diabetic rats and was 1/2 the level of normal rats. What this implies is that Nigella sativa (Black seed) might only restore a lowered testosterone level due to diabetes and general fatness back to normal. To sell this product, OP, they need to cast the light at a certain angle here. Be weary of this sort of sales language.

You've not really suffered from your BP programming much. From a relative standpoint, you've almost not suffered at all. There are 50 year-old virgins out there who have never been able to fill their needs. 18 is the perfect age for you to start getting the real understanding. In the words of Captain Osiris "You've got a whole lot a fuckin' ahead of you."

This coming from another commenter that never saw the OP. Brilliant.

So do you have anything constructive to say on the subject of the OP? Or are you just here to boost your ego?

Well, I love that the assumption is that I must have done something like: Wait all year long for the moment when the show would be on. It couldn't have been that I've been working my ass off all day and at the end of that day, turned the TV on to check football scores and happened upon an award show loaded with comedic relief. Then Jill Soloway..... I'm learning to just ignore the Gronks around here.

Why shouldn't anyone be angry at the systemic effect shit like that has on our society? I mean, do you actually read the content here? No sarcasm intended. The vent flair was put here for a good reason.

Thanks Gronk. I already do all those things. There is nothing wrong with sitting down to watch television every once in a while.

Look at Steve Buscemi. That motherfucker aint pretty. But guess what? He's one of those dudes that women find strangely attractive. I think it's because he's always got a smirk on his face, no matter what he's doing/acting in. Seen Reservoir Dogs? He's intense as fuck. But you can still see a strange smirk in his intensity, like he's enjoying something. Take note.

I use some discretion of course. But why not? I've read it a thousand times, "don't talk about it."

I'm experiencing this. My outspokenness about everything we discuss here does not fucking compute with most guys. I do have a couple friends though who are able to see things another way (the TRP way) when I explain things to them at great length, but they're not necessarily willing to go ahead and swallow a pill and shit. Moreover, I despise most of the men I see nowadays. I see them doing all the wrong things and they just can't accept that there is another way. Oh well. The cream will rise to…

You don't know what you're talking about. Not even close. I just got a chance to read through all the comments you're getting. In every response you only agree with what your personal experience tells you - not the reality of life. Keep hamstering.

How is it not constructive to give you an idea which you hadn't considered? One which, when given, was not only discarded, but flat out rejected as a possibility. You'll never learn that way. You're young though. Hard facts don't compute well. There's even a little hamstering in your OP.

The fact that you are YET ANOTHER idiot with poor reading comprehension cracks me up. This is about to turn into more entertainment for me. I said "could be" which only implies a possibility. I also said "sneak around" but your young movie-programmed brain immediately jumped to "sneak out at night". The other implication is that she can be doing anything at her will that she chooses. Back to middle school with you. Furthermore, it sounds like you're going on the defense. Judging by your OP and w…

I live very close to one of their distribution centers. I've spoken with friends who've worked there in the past. They ALL say it's complete shit. The management is retarded, the employees are lazy, the works. Apparently when you work in the returns department you get to decide what returned products are OK to be sent back out as new to another customer. Yes, they actually do that. As you can imagine, these are the lowest-paid employees in the company who decide if a product, OUT OF MILLIONS, is…

EXACTLY. As I read OPs post I couldn't believe how naive he sounded. It's like he never even considers that his sister's boyfriend could be the BB. His sister can sneak around if she has the will to do it.

Being physically coordinated enough to dance well translates to the perception that sex will also be good. Personal anecdote: I dance quite well I'm told. I've cleared entire dance floors, every female jaw in the club is on the floor. Once, I was honestly just dancing to my favorite music at the club all alone, and out of NOWHERE HB9.5 is in front of me grinding her fine ass into my cock, hard. I took her home of course. It's a highly valuable tool to have. Edit: Taking the girl home ended day 7…

My neighbor is an example. She's a 25ish blonde girl, extremely attractive even after bearing her daughter. I've seen daddy come pick up the daughter only twice in the 8 months I've lived above her. I also hear that mom's mom (grandmother) is a scathing bitch. Well, the apple fell close to the tree I guess. Sometimes I'll hear the daughter crying, and I can also hear her screaming at the girl "WHY ARE YOU CRYING? JUST STOP CRYING!". Not long ago, for a period of a few months there was a differen…

Yeah 80% of everything in this sub just sucks, right? Anything outside your reality of understanding must suck. I know a lot of women like that. It's not like this practice has studied, proven, lasting effects or anything. Meditation must be stupid too, right?

THANK YOU. That's honestly all I was trying to do was ask a question. Reddit is so full of angst-filled faggots who can't even read good, who want to try to seem all smarty pants and shit on the internet. Like trying to swing their e-dick at someone's e-ego. It's hilarious and equally pitiful. Please try in your next posts and in life in general to not be so arrogant and ignorant when information you dont understand comes your way as you have done in the part of your comment I quoted. So run it through your personal fucking filter and decide to either take it seriously or not. YOU GET TO CHOOSE...And yeah, sarcasm works on the internet. What a dumb thing to say. Can't wait to hear more generalizations or have you tell me that "jokes also don't work on the internet" next.

Damnit! Getting 360 off the floor was tough for me. Switched up the routine though - DL and squat every workout day. Great job on 500. Are you close to 1000lb club?

Must have been some douchenozzle that didn't know jack shit. Before you fly off the hook like some of the other pussies around here - Yes I know. Are we all supposed to join hands, chant his name and then jerk off in his honor now?

Oh boy. Another case of poor reading comprehension combined with whining. Please explain in a clear way how I've been arrogant or ignorant? Arrogant how? Ignorant of what? Maybe I'll understand. Did I disrespect Marcus or something? So sorry, not really. Edit: Way to edit your post and subtly concede after realizing you've fucked up.

My goals are the same as yours, except that I want to be considered well over average in muscularity, clearly separated from those who don't lift. I see guys all the time who play sports on a regular basis but don't have distinctly above-average muscularity. My goal is to be bigger than your average non-professional guy who plays sports. Cheers!

That's going in a great direction. But, why not do something more cardio-focused for your morning wake-up and save your chest for the gym? I'm equally curious and suggestive.

This is EXACTLY what I think men need to be reading. It has the exact tone and direction I like to hear. I'm going to copy some of this if you don't mind. Great job on your morning reading man!

You're mostly right in saying that whether or not a person believes in god, or a god, in the context of this sub is irrelevant. I don't think religion is much of a part of the debate here. However, TRP likes facts, or the lack thereof, whichever supports an ideal more logically. I look through that lens in all parts of my life... Just sharing my perspective.

Gratitude can help you to feel content, and that's just great. But those powerful sexual desires will never, ever stop screaming at you for as you are two things: male and alive. Gratitude is a huge key to happiness, but there are other needs that will always exist and always need to be addressed.

That's a lot of feel-good stuff, but we could just drink beer and smoke weed for that. How does this improve your life specifically, and how are you applying it daily?
