Anxiety just doesn't work like that sometimes. I can know something is factually correct and still not be able to convince myself that my anxious thoughts aren't true. Plus it's more about intrusive thoughts pulling me out of the moment and not being able to jump back into it. Welcome to uber. Its an amazing way to make money until you have someone who wastes your time. I once wasted an hour trying to find people on uber eats because they couldn't be assed to come down to the lobby and the front desk wouldn't let me up.
