13	How did you guys begin to improve and change yourselves? What did you stop or start doing? I made a conscious decision not to get angry. If someone cut me off in traffic I just smiled knowing I'm a better driver. If ex-bosses gave me shit I laughed in their faces, literally. If I got ripped-off or short-changed I would just tell myself to pay attention next time. I thought about what I actually enjoyed doing and did it. 4	how do you become fun in day to day life? Try and find some common ground and then suck them into what you love by telling them why you love it in the most colourful way. For example you could say "Don't you love days like today when the Sun's out." [blah blah] "Last time it was as nice as today I took out the sailboat, the spray of the ocean on your skin truly relaxes you and you forget about all your stresses."
