Start of by not worrying about you looks, stop rating (talk to a hottest girl the same way you would talk to any other attractive girl). Take MASSIVE action: like I said earlier, talk to as many girls as you can so you can start recognizing social clues. Learning social clues is the hardest part as an introvert, outgoing people recognize them naturally.
