My pleasure man! We all have our ups and downs. And keep in mind there is no magic pill. If the solution was simple then we'd all be happy. With that in mind, my parting piece of wisdom is think of happiness as a muscle. You may have been so miserable for so long that your happiness muscle has atrophied. You need to get back in the gym so to speak... meditating, aerobic, gratitude, positive visualization, watching/reading things that make u laugh and feel inspired. Avoid dwelling on the past. Ey…

dammmmn son. U need to set some goals for yourself. Something to get optimistic about. It's hard to have friends and be a pessimist. Set goals that are within your control: lose 10 pounds, run 7 min mile, apply to 10 jobs before end of month, idk whatever it takes to feel a bit more hopeful and then take action. Ask yourself, "What are your greatest roadblocks to achieving your goal(s)?" And start ramming thru em

True. That is the only criteria I put forth and even still ppl be like "HOW DARE YOU?! EVERYONE SHOULD VOTE!" Meanwhile so many ppl tend to put more thought into what shoes to buy than who to vote for.
