Richer neighborhoods have better school systems and more stable families. That typically is all it takes. The school systems are shit and so it's easy for the kids to turn to shit. My mom got me out of the shithole that was the Oakland school system as fast as she could, if she didn't I probably would've ended up like my other friends with single mothers, dead or in jail. Way to comment on like a 2 week old thread, and if you really think this you are ignorant to the lack of support the government has given to governments for blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians whoever lives in the ghetto.
