Tempe Marketplace has significant hobo problems and is essentially an extension of Arizona State University. It has a "mall cop" situation a little different from most malls. It gets a lot of hobo/panhandler traffic because there is free public transportation from the city center (which has hobo populations that rival those of much larger cities).
