Then it's a just a matter of having decent conversation skills. Online game is still worth it even if you're shy to sharpen your game but it's not even worth much in comparison to sharpening your game in RL since the ROI is higher (experiences, body language, eye contact, tonality, social skills, how do you develop that online?).
