So this isn’t necessarily directed at your comment in particular, but I don’t understand why we insist on holding individuals (of either gender) at fault for what is clearly a systemic problem. It just becomes a frustrating and futile blame game for a thing that is really just a giant collective action problem. Gendered alienation on the scale we are discussing is not wrought upon our world because of the actions of individual working-class people… alienation exists because of material condition…

Lmao as someone who regularly visits sex workers in developing countries, you have a far higher likelihood of sleeping with a human trafficking victim during one trip than I do of committing vehicular manslaughter for the rest of my life. You can’t seriously be comparing those probabilities.
