It is difficult to do right, I am not the best at it either, but once you learn physical escalation you'll have a fuck ton of power on your hands. 1	I'm always acting how I "should" but not how I "want to" and it's keeping me single and depressed. Don't try to rush yourself into doing more things, it's a gradual process. Pick the thing that you like the most and start learning more about it - read books, watch videos, read articles and do what you can to enrich your knowledge about the subject.
