Just wasn't sure if there was any overwhelming evidence when a person does ( story said 11yr btw). Either way, does not matter, as you said, without the physical evidence, seems as if a case can be built, however inequitable, despite any real evidence needed. I met a guy in Starbacks some years ago that fought off claims from his ex-wife of exactly this. Never went into much detail. Him and I both used Starbucks as an office of sorts.
