I did not say that. Just wasn't sure if there was any overwhelming evidence when a person does ( story said 11yr btw). Either way, does not matter, as you said, without the physical evidence, seems as if a case can be built, however inequitable, despite any real evidence needed. I met a guy in Starbacks some years ago that fought off claims from his ex-wife of exactly this. Never went into much detail. Him and I both used Starbucks as an office of sorts. The pain this guy went through, much less…

fancy meeting you here. I just commented on another thread, under your statement. In my ignorance of the issue and very little understanding of biology, but is there not some physical evidence of penetration, especially considering the age of the victim. Could google it, but not sure I want that phrasing in my history :)
