I was mainly referring to differences on average. I'm aware we do have women who do go into political office, just not as many compared to men. I do agree that some people here take it a bit far though.

Even in modern day, more men hold political office due to the fact that less women want to on average. Not a lot of women running for president. I'd vote for a conservative woman over a centre-left or moderate male, but I'm not sure how often I'll have that opportunity due to the fact that women aren't invested enough into politics to run.
