3	It is nowadays Men, not Women, who are held to unrealistic body standards I spent 3 months toning the shape of my body through calisthenics workouts. And I've spent the last 5 weeks trying to add bulk through heavy weight lifting at the gym. My chest and butt are bigger. But damn is it hard. It hurts. It takes time out of my precious sleep. Then responding and expressing myself over text. She would then save the texts to show anyone and everyone how "terrible of a person" I am to her.
