Judge rules in favor of his last wishes :) Well you can't write your signature on your phone. You can on a piece of paper. Judges use a lot of common sense when ruling on these things. It makes sense to have an unsigned digital will. Personal details proving he wrote it were included. If it's a paper will with bank details and a blank, unsigned signature line, the judge will be thinking "why didn't he sign it?"
