It varies. Again, it isn't really prostitution though. It's sex between two consenting adults (if both parties are adults). Prostitution is moreover having an exchange of material. What you're referencing is sexual networking.

I understand everyone has a different moral compass. I understand some courts use their morals as an example. I'm not saying that law and morals should be separate. I'm saying that law shouldn't be based entirely off of morals because if we keep an ideology of "perfect citizen 1 so strive for this" we would all be persecuted as individuals. Moral compasses don't matter though since everyone has a different moral code ethic. "Authorities higher than law of the land" which authority would that be because as far as I know, no court system that actually works bases itself off of opinionated morals.

Also you're bringing in a lot of points that don't really matter. I'm not well versed in how people run plumbing businesses and I don't know if you have a business where you got a government issue license but those don't matter as much when discussing something as tightly knit to one subject here.

To be fair, if it was all consensual then it's not really classified as assault unless one or more parties involved was intoxicated or unable to give normal consent. Sexual assault is unwarranted and unwanted attention through interaction towards an individual in an unrelenting sexual nature.
