Wow, women are too precious for tough criticism? No way.

"I keep thinking about being with other men but I'm concerned it's just my hormonal, crazy college mind." You're this way and you expect your ex to understand? No wonder The Red Pill exists, sheesh.

Definitely old news for some but a good reminder for others.

You sound very composed for someone only 20 years of age. I'm going to have a beer in your name tonight, sir.

Definitely something I don't already know. Thanks for sharing, though; it's a goid reminder of female nature.

Women constantly stare at me as I going about my day at work and it makes me really feel uncomfortable; and to make it worse some of them even smile like they're entitled to that. Just the glances alone should land them in jail, right? MeTwo

Softer body, still in somewhat above average shape. Women are still receptive so MMA isn't exactly necessary (when it comes to that) but helps tons. My coach was looking for me the other week but the motivation really isn't there anymore.

Old news for some of us. I always look around and laugh at people who don't know how to deal with adversity or rough patch in their lives, haha.

I barely got through all that to be honest. You're probably a younger guy and are still "subject" to what society tells you is right. When you get older though, you start to truly just live for yourself and not for the bastardized society we currently have, it'll get better.

Would be great if more frequent (women skipping work because they valuable, haha). The 72 year old woman I work with is Cluster B af. Despite having the same positions, I never really stress about anything at work these days while she has this victim mentality firmly in place, haha. Anytime she has a fit I just make a stronk "WTF" face and continue about my day while she's in turmoil all in her head.

2-3 times in the gym, rest of the week spent on conditioning: traditional workouts, roadwork.

I used to do MMA and at the same time lifted. My physique was ridiculous for obvious reasons and frame was even more ridiculous. I would walk into bars with a big smile on my face knowing that I could handle myself in a lot of situations still aware that knives and guns exist. If you can do it, take those MMA lessons for sure. It's definitely not for everyone, though.

"I get a lot of girls staring at me or maybe just imagining it." Always assume interest when bitches look your way. To do otherwise is to doubt yourself which takes away from confidence.

I don't get why everone always knock video games, it's great downtime after a hard leg workout or some shite; in moderation, people.

I'm allergic to cologne, deodorant, body spray etc. so I don't use any of it. Women still seem to find me attractive, just saying that you might not need the product.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
