I was married (now widowed). The actual wedding was fun, and wearing a ring felt like a big deal, but as for positives, that was about it. I can genuinely not think of one positive thing beyond those. The negatives are of course if it ends in divorce, and all the financial pain that can bring. I think having kids is a bigger deal than marriage though (I didn't). That ties 2 people together for life whether they like it or not.

The weirdest one I read was a woman whose "friend" would jerk off into a cup for her daily, so she could use it as skin cream. Seems a bit one-sided to me. And those are little half-babies swimming around in there.
