Good: Studied up a bunch more redpill theory. Starting to make this part of my daily routine. Hit the gym a couple of times, still doing pushups/chin-ups/planking at home daily. Have been doing those at home for a while now and have been getting some gains. Biceps at 15 & 3/4" now! Ate really clean again this week, noticing my pecs are starting to look like pecs.
