3	How to not catch feelings for men and protect your heart Oh gosh, thank-you for this advice. I'm someone who's trying to learn ya'lls ways, as I've had my heart hurt too many times to count. I'm a person who gets very attached when there's any sort of physical contact, and it just screws me over in the end.
