If you just google "woman accused taxi driver" there are like pages of this stuff. Sorry I'm on mobile right now. Edit: once in a while they will charge them with making a false police report, which the punishment is like nothing considering these women were willing to DESTROY someone's life.

Shoot there is a video on YouTube of this exact thing, maybe a couple videos actually, but they have dash cams pointing at the passenger and driver (great idea especially for a man) and I've seen a couple videos where women get all drunk and pissed and claim the driver touched them or something, and then they post the footage and the guys did literally nothing wrong. How scary though that if those tapes didn't exist, those cabbies would be 100% screwed.

Cosmopolitan is notoriously one of the worst magazines ever. I can't think of much less attractive than seeing a Cosmo on a nightstand at a woman's house.

Someone on /pol/ said it was a joke about how women make everything about themselves. ;)

It took you longer to type that bullshit than it would to type the URL yourself...

You realize people in jail go to court right?

Im not sure if OP is the one that blocked out her Twitter name, or if the Meninist account did it, but if it was Meninist then her replying to it actually just brought more attention to her. Before we wouldn't have even known who she was, now everyone has her Twitter name.

The worst part about that is you telling them "No I am not being assaulted," was not enough for them to stop their manhunt (pun intended) altogether.

Isn't it weird how when a woman is filming something like this there is always a ton of pointless screaming and "OH MY GODDDD" and this guy doesn't even get up he just goes "Hey chill." All calm.

Really? Around here cute college girls are known for notoriously wearing Uggs.

What's your "action opportunity?" Some angry emails from an armchair revolutionary? Yes that will definitely solve this issue. I never intended this to be a call to arms...

I was thinking maybe I could wear those furry Ugg slippers, those look way more comfortable than my steel toed work boots.

I just blurred out the address of the event and the website, for the reason that /u/MonkeyCB so cleverly deduced.

I just don't understand. An event to "help bridge gender relations" yet the prices are different for men and women to participate... I've never hit a woman (or man) in my life yet I am somehow automatically doubly responsible for this?

Yeah the sign is fine, I'm glad that dad's are welcome and have a sign to back that up if someone has an issue with them being there, I'm just bothered by the fact that line on the sign even needs to exist. This is really just a literal, "sign of the times" post.

I understand your point, but no matter where I am if I have my kid with me and I see a sign that says "Family" ANYTHING, I'm going to assume that I'm allowed to be there, unless there is a sign that says no men. But yeah, I get ya.

Why not just call it "Mom and kids lounge, Dads welcome" because that makes more sense based on the fact that apparently Dads are not family members. I'd rather see a "Women and Children's Lounge" than see "Dads Welcome" like it's an afterthought to the family...

This was at a mall, it's a lounge for like changing diapers, getting kids to calm down, I think there's a few benches for kids to sit and have snacks and stuff.

My gf competes horses professionally, was looking on the site of one of her sponsors for some gear and saw this stupid shi(r)t. Like what the hell? This is offensive to both women AND men!

I love how the official definition of rape in the UK requires penetration with a penis. i.e. only men can commit rape.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
