To a point, but a potentially inappropriate expulsion might not be dissimilar from denying someone's freedom. People like me need professionals, which, again, means that there's no reason to discourage others from getting professional help. Well.... In the interest of thoroughness, there are cases where women of sacked villages were often treated "poorly" to say it gently. Its kind of apples and oranges, but still.
