It basically means "normal" gendered. From what I've heard it was used by some professor on genders instead of the word normal, to make it sound nicer and less offensive. Basically some transgendered folk think that gender is a social construct and something you are given and that you could raise a female as a male or vice versa and they would be a perfectly normal male. Also everyone that goes along with the gender they are supposedly given is a privileged asshole.

Had a black friend in secondary school for a while, he spoke clearly and wore the normal school uniform. He'd get made fun of for being too white by other black students, so stopped hanging around me and my group of friends due to most of us being white and Asian.

It know it has been for a good while in the UK. With the guides still being female only. Although there was only 3-4 girls there out of about 40 when I was a scout. I think it was done pretty well though, they were treated like any of the boys were except for a separate dorm which they actually had to pay extra for one year as the dorms took 8 people and one dorm was only half full.

Well yeah, but circumcision on boys is done more often in a clean hospital whereas female circumcision is pretty much only done in awful conditions, which is why the deathrate for male circumcision is much lower. You are comparing surgery done inside a hospital in a sterile environment to something that's usually done in the opposite though. I'm sure if FGM was done in a better environment it would be much safer and would lead to a lot less deaths and complications. Still wouldn't make it right though.

Weird how they made the males look like stereotypical Italians when they're food is pretty healthy for the most part.
