To be fair, it's not just the teachers one need worry about. My concern would be that arming teachers would give the students easier access to guns. Eventually, due to carelessness or malice, one of those guns is going to go missing or otherwise find its way into the hands of a student. I'd argue that it challenges modern culture. It gets at the male gender role which, unlike its female counterpart (for the most part), is incredibly restrictive. The crime of rape, by its very nature, doesn't lend itself well to evidence besides testimony of the alleged victim and alleged perpetrator. Albeit, while somewhat less common than "kill", there's still a lot of instances where rape is used. My understanding is that's not anything to do with insurance but personal safety. There's a lot of people who jump in front of cars to sue the driver, or violent traffic incidents, or hit and runs. Most people don't realize it but in an interrogation (especially without lawyers present) the police will often make up evidence in order to coerce a confession and it's all perfectly legal. Even if he does he'll never get back the time he lost in his life and in school which he spent having to deal with this. Also, he may never get back the reputation at his school or in the years that follow as a non-rapist. Anyone he meets or any future employer who looks him up will likely see the accusation and may wonder if he did it or not. I think as a general fact you're right but not specifically. People are definitely against a general pro-white group but are open to things like pro-black or pro-asian groups. However, on a specific level I know lots of people who are in, say, Polish, French, or Italian groups/clubs that celebrate and promote their heritage. Sorry, I meant to say the bottom poster (Don't be that guy campaign) is the problematic one. While it may recognize that rape is not always done men -> women (evidenced by one of their posters being man -> man) the whole campaign is based on men always being the perpetrator. I'd need to see a source saying that enrolment is declining first. However, even if it is I don't think that's necessarily evidence for a decline. A lot of these gender studies teachers probably have tenure and will be there for years to come. This point can also be demonstrated by looking at functionality. Like when people say that a female character fighting with large boobs is functionally impractical so too could one say that a male with long flowing hair or huge bangs is also impractical. The knight you provided a picture of would have a very difficult time fighting when hair gets into his eyes or sweat makes it stick to his forehead.

Agreed. You're cutting an otherwise healthy part of a baby's body for aesthetic reasons and dubious health benefits. Circumcision, no matter how you look at it, fits the definition of mutilation and should be identified as such..

I personally believe the answer to both these questions should be yes. No person should be forced into parenthood. It is no fairer to force a woman to become a mother than it is to force a man to become a father. Both individuals should talk things over together to decide how best to proceed since their choices may change depending on what the other person wants. Well, the paedophile in this case was also male (male teacher), so I wouldn't think the town would side against the victim just because the victim's male as well. It's fairly widely accepted that children can be molested by adults so I don't know if male victim bias would be as strong since he's a child. If anything I would've expected the town to turn against the paedophile teacher because he's male, so it may be small town connections at work here.
