Bond doesn't keep you out of prison long term... it just allows you to avoid sitting in a jail before the trial. If your charged with a crime paying bond doesn't mean shit for you. Its the idea that even though she was charged with rape she will absolutely be given a lighter prison sentence, if any at all, than a male counterpart.
