Ugh I understand, I've never had that happen as well. But, do wonder what someone like you or me would think in that situation. I'd give it a shot.

Honest question, what if they delivered it wrong then a couple days later delivered it right?

How about the 1/10? I must know.

I personally hate texting but do it out of necessity. That is why I usually put all my energy into making person in person contact and just not text them unless they text me first. About long distance, I go the skype, phonecall, send surprises in the mail, visit as often in person routes. If you do enough of the "real" shit, texting honestly does not matter at all. So it saves me the trouble of needing to really put much energy into both learning and spending time doing something I just don't li…

Omg I’m so sorry! I just woke up! Was sleeping for like literally 3 days. I would totally go for pie but I’m on a diet of strictly organic karma points...

Glad to hear it! Keep up the good work mang.

You can’t please everyone, also being validated by external things like people’s attitudes is not healthy.

Feeling that is totally normal, I accept it and try to redirect that feeling in 2 routes: 1. To logically understand her feelings aren’t related to you, that she might be trying to bring you down. 2. To physically redirect that frustration into trying to socialize with the people around you. Not to sound like a dick, but I enjoy messing with them by making the atmosphere better, then everything chills out and y’all can have a good time. Mediation also helps tremendously btw. Also not hanging out…

Haha, “totally normal”. On a serious note I think it’s cool your are reaching out like this. I totally would hit you up and go out, but I’m on the West Coast. Good luck with everything!

The way I do it is by becoming interested in other people and other activities, which makes me less interested in the girls that I’m not paying attention to - in other words, pushing. I also lightly fuck and joke around with said girls in sheer boredom. Then, if they hit me up I’ll respond when I have time and am a bit more interested. I’ll continue having fun with messing around and occasionally show some affection if there is any - aka pull. I could be totally wrong with these terms as I don’t…

It’s extremely useful. It can be applied in any social situation: with a friend, a coworker, groups, presentations, yourself. IMO it is indispensable and works in tandem with the analytic side of our minds - we need both aspects. Examples of uses: feeling the energy of a group of people shift and make decisions on (jokes, topics, may of behavior, energy level) to adapt to their frequency; talking to one other person in private and feeling out when they are opening up and more vulnerable, then as…

Yea I’ve used headspace! It’s not worth it tbh. YouTube is your best friend. Try searching there or google “good YouTube guided meditations”. Finally, try out live chats like Omegle, it helps to keep your social skills loose. Good luck :)

Practice. To make it a bit easier to start out, try practicing things like posture etc during the entire day, then perhaps try out the APPROPRIATE ones with friends, then move on to dates etc. Also, try meditating (for real) helps with the anxiety a shit ton.

I did read it all over after I made this post. The point is that the toxic home is clearly the most important thing to deal with; this isn't about girls anymore at a point but just having a healthy life as a person. If he is writing about that as well as cutting down his alcohol consumption, that implies the issue has gotten strong enough for him to both notice and begin to work at it. Either that or he is extremely perceptive. You are right, however, I should have read it all before posting.
/r/seduction24/03/18 05:10 PM
1

Without reading your entire post, the answer is toxic household. That should be your NUMBER ONE priority to deal with, people struggle with that shit for their ENTIRE lives. Go to therapy. Get sober (good job on cutting it down). Girls can come later. Edit: I know this from firsthand experience, recently took out both the toxic from home and dealt with it, as well as cut down on use tremendously. Feel much much better about myself etc. Good luck :)

You sound like your in a good position so far. Tbh I would not focus on hooking up at all; you clearly are getting too interested in her again, which will fuck with your calm demeanor (which has been working). In short, stay ACTUALLY disinterested but kick it with her. Focus on the things you already know how to do, tease, be fun, calm, in control of yourself, finally keep it challenging for her.

Yea... that’s the furthest thing from flirting, on another note, would you like to come have a coffee with me?

She’s just playing around. To explain more, she’s joking that you suck because you are already having fun during spring break and she isn’t. Next time just reply with “lol”.
/r/seduction23/03/18 06:50 PM
1

You won’t have a chance until you, 1. Stop contacting her, 2. Start focusing on yourself (health, school, job, etc.), 3. Start focusing on socializing with friends and new people, 4. Don’t care if she never contacts you again. Aka. Move on with your life and use this moment to motivate yourself to improve areas of your life.
/r/seduction23/03/18 06:47 PM

Both are correct in some way, 1 works in the case that she ends up not missing you when you are missing for a while. You lose nothing my exploring new friendships, etc. 2 is somewhat correct in that she won't fancy you, but you will see if she has any emotional attachment to you. If this is true I wrote another reply in this thread.
/r/seduction31/12/16 06:35 PM
2

This is how I did it, you have to start hanging out with other people and a lot less with her - you need to be too busy for her. This is to allow her some extra space to begin missing you. You must keep this up until she directly contacts you and misses you. Now when you respond, you must not do it anything like you did before, because that clearly didn't work. Don't be her emotional support anymore and stop listening to anything she says about other guys. Basically you are taking advantage that…

I'm sorry but your comment suggests you do not understand that. He may seem like he is "mistreating" women to someone of an adolescent age, but as people mature our understanding of attraction slightly changes. So please do not be under the impression that mistreating anyone will make them attracted to you.
/r/seduction29/05/16 09:41 PM

A reminder, it depends on the girl and context, so while some may enjoy it (and usually would if things are going well and you approach it right), others will not enjoy it if the setting and tone aren't right. Keep that in mind. As I'm assuming the OP obviously knows when/what type of situation he wants to be in and thus it works for him. It does not mean it is universal.
/r/seduction29/05/16 06:20 PM

At this point the entire situation is a joke, I'd open up with how ridiculous this "matchmaking" shit is and when it gets going, ask her if she wants to kick it somewhere.

While some of these are true, I have found that it isn't ALWAYS about projecting power that is necessary. Sometimes power comes from being flexible.

This is not true, my current gf uses this because, well, I am currently with her. Her and my girl friends that date as well, also use that phrase, because it is the truth. Sure, some use it as a lie, but my gf didn't say that before we dated and many other girls I've met have told the truth as well. PS. It's good you avoid the ones that say that because they are telling the truth most of the time, I don't know where you got this idea that MOST are lying, in my experience it is the opposite (this…

This is terrible advice on so many levels, shows lack of respect towards her relationship, shows lack of integrity in you, also shows your willingness to be within a cheating situation (aka you might cheat one day), shows your lack of knowledge that she is clearly saying she is okay, shows that you don't know how to accept that fact, shows lack of confidence. No one listen to this.

Therapy isn't only for serious situations, many people I know that work at companies like Apple, Google, Aecom all go to therapy like they go to the gym. There is a reason they are usually more mentally stable. Therapy is NOT only when you are depressed.

I'm not mad, I didn't say anything to imply that, I just answered your questions and made an observation into why you asked such condescending questions in the first place. I would say you responding with "tryhard" is you getting mad. I was simply stating that you assuming things is not very polite, focused, or mature. I don't care how many women I have been with, as I do not see my self worth based on the number of them I have been with. I do have a girlfriend of 5 and a half years, she was my first real girlfriend and we are both extremely happy. I do not care if people are texting me, I have no social networks like Facebook, or Instagram or Twitter. I have a small group of close friends. It seems that you assumed I am someone looking for a girlfriend, trying to learn how to swoon people over, don't assume e…

Not sure if this is addressed. But, usually once it gets to this situation, any amount of planning will only make your anxiety WORSE. Your anxiety (I'm guessing) is caused by you thinking way to much beforehand. Just like in sports, when you've done something a thousand times, but instead this time you overthink it and you fumble, it is similar to that. So the only small advice I can give you is that you need to change your approach by a large amount. Give yourself less time to build up the mome…

Not sure if I'm going against the grain here, but, isn't accepting her friendship and moving on even a better mastery of your own character? Yes it may seem "belittling" that you have accepted her "friend zone", I'm not saying to do that, but I'm just bringing up the question, isn't being proud of this an unhealthy way to fuel one's ego? I agree, do move forward in this "forming relationship" the way you choose, but it seems counterintuitive to building a totally controlled ego that is free of b…

For anyone that actually wants helpful advice. If you are in the friendzone and want out, stop hanging out with her right now. Move on, hang out with other people, friends, and just stop being her gay little buddy buddy. Wait as long as it needs to until she reaches out to you, where she actually starts missing you. Now when you start talking to her again you CAN NOT do it remotely like the same way you did before, because that CLEARLY did not work, just drop any conversation about who she like,…

You have the exact same sense of self righteousness and then proceed to tell me to go fuck off. I'm not sure where the fine line is between us. I actually do feel bad for him, for you to say otherwise is just your opinion. Thank you for telling me what I did wrong in your opinion, but I would've appreciated some advice and not some angry rant. I actually gave the other person advice, I can't say the same for you.

totally incorrect in my opinion. emotions are intrinsically tied to knowledge. for without emotion, we would not be moved north, south, up, down, to the heavens, hell, love, hate, peace, war, conclusion, silence? we need emotions to move us. for without movement, we can't gain knowledge. they are tied to one another completely. PS. if anything, your ego and assertion that you are correct, sheds light on your LACK of knowledge. An end conclusion of an entire courtship is that.... "emotions are no…

I'm not part of this sub reddit at all, I just simply pass by once in a blue moon. Your problem is something that I associate with this entire sub reddit. Now, I am not saying anyone here is stupid, lacks grace, or is not intelligent, they simply have missed something. You can take it as my opinion, nothing more. Seduction is not always about power. This thread is heavily focused on power and confidence, which is okay, since most girls dig it. But, there are women that only like it when it is ne…

I agree with c3aye. I used to be a lot more shy, but one thing definitely helped me: I just want to say that this is my personal experience, so don't take it as a global rule. Easiest thing is to be genuinely interested in what people are doing, and two, gravitate toward friendly people. Don't preoccupy your time chasing events, don't force yourself into "popular" crowds. Honestly, it's about getting out, and talking as much as possible. Friendly people just make it a lot easier for now. Now, so…

Just wanted to drop in and say, this. Take the time to create the new image, get over the past, and build more social skills. Ps. Try not to worry so much and push yourself to change. Try to relax and just enjoy talking to people for the sake of it.

I hope I'm not too late in this thread! But... I was wondering why the people that do accuse the victim of lying, usually respond with so much anger. Now I totally understand WHY they believe men couldn't be raped etc. but, why exactly do they generally respond with so much emotion? Also, is it just a coincidence that these people (which I'll call accusers from now on) both respond with and AND hold their naive beliefs that men couldn't be raped? Just a coicendence? Or is it possible that these …

I in no way think I am above anyone. I have problems of my own. I do think the lessons are valuable, and that all of you here are for a good cause. I think you are being forward and sincere. It's not about honesty in this case. If this were your wife/girl. You would have a very different opinion on the subject. People are surprisingly easy to persuade. Yes she took the bait, but dangling it in front of her face isn't too chivalrous. Also, being honest with your intentions doesn't mean your being honest in the larger scope of things.

I know I'm going against the grain, but I'm honestly confused. Am I in the wrong to think that everyone cheering you on is bad? Here we are rooting you on for making a girl cheat on her boyfriend. Which will probably result in emotional problems when she goes back home. Call me a conservative, but I honestly want to know if I have misplaced my morals. Something seems wrong about an entire thread rooting someone on to inflate their sexual ego. I don't mind if I get downvoted, I really am interest…
