My dude, I’m sorry that happened to you. You’re not a loser, and I hope you ended the date the minute she said that. If you want others to respect you, you need to respect yourself first. Dating (and hooking up with women) is like playing baseball. It’s all about the at bats and if you connect 30% of the time, you’re doing really well. The added benefit is dating a lot of girls is it lets you know what you will and won’t tolerate. Chin up and keep moving forward.

No. This is fucking clown shit. Skinny ass chode has to wear extra medium shirts to look swole and fails miserably. He’s doing circuits for wankers in this video, which lose all effectiveness for muscle building when the body adapts to the load, in about 3-4 weeks. There are no short cuts to getting jakked or strong, my dudes. And Andrew Tate is not jakked or strong.
