Why don’t you build a social life, friends first before seeking out a gf. You’ll gain a lot of social confidence on the way and won’t have trouble speaking to people. Building and becoming comfortable with an interpersonal skill set is one of the keys to all aspects of life.

Breathe. Stop focusing on women. Simple as that. Focus on yourself first. Learn to love yourself first, before you start loving a woman.
