Also, this black bear who is obviously accustomed to humans isn't going to just turn around and maul/kill her or anyone for that matter. He has better things to do, like get the food that's obviously inside the kayak.

I didn't agree to have her in my life. I just agreed that if we pass each other on the road it would be shitty not to acknowledge each others existance ie: just say hi or nod as we pass. If she takes it differently and thinks I'm OK yo be friends again she's in for a surprise.
