OLD can work, I know several couples who are now married or engaged that met on OLD. It’s just too frustrating for me

That’s what was upsetting! He replied to a prompt of mine and seemed like he was actually interested! I answered and talked about my career and why I’m passionate about it. He goes, “that’s cool! So you have snap?”

I reported every guy that was just looking for sex. It’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for and I appreciated them being honest about it, but this is not the app to do so

As a woman who uses Tinder casually, this is fucking terrifying. I’ve had more than one man find me on social media after I unmatched from him demanding to know why he was unmatched. I blocked all of them, but one even went as far as to find me on ANOTHER social media app, saying “Man, you’re a sensitive one aren’t you?” after I unmatched and blocked him for inappropriate messages. I have a good experience on the app 95% of the time but this makes me want to delete it.

Definitely have not hit the wall. I think I look much better now than I did when I was 18-20. In my opinion the wall only exists if you don’t take care of yourself. I know several women in their late 30s, 40s, and even 50s that are still super hot, and some girls my age who have completely let themselves go. My coworker who is 51 looks like she’s 35, and my friend who is 28 looks like she’s 40.

I’m 24. I feel like I still have time, but it’s running out. Every good man is taken and the ones that are left over are either losers or “don’t want anything serious rn”

“Hey stranger” - I stopped texting you because you wouldn’t have sex with me or put up with my bullshit, but now I’m about to try again

I blasted this song so hard after I hooked up with a guy and then found out a few days later that he had a girlfriend. He texts me with "I'm so sorry I hurt you!" Stupid boy think that I need him

100% tried to be the cool girl all throughout high school and college. I normally don't mind hanging out with a group of guys and feeling like "one of them", but what was exhausting was acting like I had no needs or boundaries, or any problem with my boyfriends doing whatever they wanted. "Oh, we're just hooking up ... I don't care if he sleeps with someone else" "He says he's not looking for anything serious right now, and well, neither am I!" "I don't mind if he's super close with a bunch of g…

Happened to me too, a year into the relationship he just pops up with chlamydia and accused ME of cheating. When that was disproved, he went with the "oh .. I think it was just laying dormant in me for awhile."

The best way to avoid this is to picture him scrolling down his contact list and sending the same copied and pasted "Hey stranger" message to any girl he thinks he can get sex from. Because that is exactly what he is doing.

I finally realized this not too long ago. 15 pounds down so far and still have more to go, but I'm doing it!

Golden rule: If his personality or communication changes AT ALL after you have sex for the first time, he just wanted to sleep with you. Take the L, block him, and move on

I used to think this was just a middle school thing but I've had men literally in their 30s text me this.

As for the sexual messages, it really depends. If we’re talking for a few days and they sneak something like that in there, I will say I’d rather know each other better before we discuss intimacy and sex. If they react well, I will usually let it slide. Unless the message is super gross and misogynistic, then no no. I don’t have a limit on when they should ask for my number, but if they don’t ask me on a proper date within a week I will usually accept that they’re just bored and want someone to …

Also, you need to be afraid of guys "bread crumbing" or "carrot sticking" you when you ask them this. If they only bring up the idea of an exclusive relationship every once in awhile, he's not going to commit to you. He's just saying that to keep your hope alive so that you'll keep sleeping with him. He will then leave when he gets bored and then accuse you of being crazy for being upset about it because he "made it clear that this was just casual". Golden Rule: If you have any doubt that he's g…

This one I give some leniency towards, provided they can prove that they can carry a conversation afterwards. But if they start “haha yeah-ing” me i unmatch.

Something else that really grinds my gears is the misconception that vaginas become looser and stretched out if you have a lot of sex. Dude ... if a vagina can push out a fucking baby and go back to normal, your dick is not going to do much

Also fellow ugly duckling. The amount of boys who used to bully me that attempted to get in my pants after I got hot was both extremely satisfying and a little disturbing.

That’s one thing I am grateful for is that she knows it was not my fault and it hasn’t affected our friendship at all. But she hasn’t even brought it up since it happened so I’m getting the vibe that she’s just hardcore trying to pretend it didn’t happen

My best friends fiance tried to get intimate with me a few months ago at a party. That she was at. She knows what happened and she decided to stay with him. I have to stand there as a bridesmaid at their wedding next year and smile and act like nothing happened, but I know he's going to do it again eventually. It makes me sick.

When I was 19 I used to sit in my boyfriends driveway for sometimes up to 20 minutes waiting for him to come out so I could drive him around because he refused to get his license. Or a job. I'd let him have sex with me on a twin bed that was on the floor, in a room with fucking crayons on the wall because he never repainted his baby room. And he gave me and STD a year into our relationship. 6 years later and I hear he's still living at home, dropped out of school and working odd jobs. I'm gettin…
