Sounds like you acted like a friend and didn't really make your intentions known. Tension is key 🗝️

I always tell people the same shit. Once I started balancing my hormones (dropping cortisol, boosting testosterone) and working out. I worked on building a masculine frame and then game just kinda came natural to me

Work on building a masculine frame and don't turn into a "nice guy". Also look into hormones and seek to lower your cortisol while simultaneously upping your testosterone. Sounds silly but these things in collection completely changed me for the better

Awesome man. I just edited my comment so there may be some new stuff in there. But lowering cortisol and boosting testosterone is definitely the biggest thing. Hormones are no joke

First thing's first. Get out of your head. Then balance out your hormones by working out, this will lower your cortisol (less stress & negativity) and boost your testosterone (easier to have fun, being manly) Once you take care of the cortisol and testosterone work on maintaining and living with a more masculine frame. Then boom. Once I did these things, I didn't have to spend too much time studying game. Most of this shit just came naturally to me. I started feeling good and stressing less. My …

Awesome man! Just try to avoid typical 'interview' questions. Try something fun and different in the convo. Spontaneous, fun, and thought provoking is a good angle for a first interaction.

Continue with the drive to seduce. But do not become overfixiated on the outcome of things. If things go well, great! If not, that's okay. Regardless you'll be fine. And always make it seem like there's a possible 'next' in line.

Honestly it's more than just attracting women. Its also about finding yourself and getting comfortable with who you are. Once you start achieving that, a lot of this game stuff just flows right out of you. Now you could just pay escorts, i'm not gonna tell you what you can and can't do. But the easy way is rarely the most fulfilling.

In all honesty. I think learning to move on and continue meeting girls is your best move man. I feel as though the more you compare these new girls to your ex from one year ago, the more likely you are to taint your honest perception of these women. I don't mean to sound rude in any way but the past is the past, the sooner you learn to let it go, then the sooner you'll learn to have even better experiences. Take my word for it, I just got out of a 2 and a half long relationship four months ago a…
