I know when I go I really don't want guys staring at me or really approaching me. I'm there to work out not get checked out or hit on. What is an acceptable way you approach a girl at the gym. If she is there alone and looks pretty clueless about what she is doing. Offer help but don't be weird about it, give the girl tips on her form and other gym advice.
