I’m dieting. That doesn’t mean I’m overweight. I’m 168 pounds 5’9. I lift at the gym three days a week for two years straight. I consider watching what I eat and maintaining a good weight as dieting.

This. If you’re an average man don’t waste your time looking for hookups. Just focus on yourself. Even at your best self casual sex won’t happen because women approach men based on looks. So even if you are at your best nobody will know because they won’t care to get to know you because you’re average.

Women don’t care about personalities. I’ve gone out to bars with a group of my guy friends dozens of times. I’ve seen the really good looking men have 3+ girls at a time swarming them. I know one guy in particular who’s slim, tall, tattoos, and barely speaks English. He doesn’t even talk to the girls they just approach him. He literally barely speaks to these women. Personally it bullshit.
