It reminds me how one of my professors used to say 'if there existed a box that could control the global climate, every nation would set it to something different'. You aren't LITERALLY buying new shoes because you stepped in muddy water; it's merely a framing tool for understanding the quality of shoes you should think about wearing. It's really no different than working on game, hitting the gym, etc. to buy high quality shoes. For the time/cost, it might be one of the most effective - and underrated - ways to increase your SMV.

The Game's audience: primarily male. A book on relationships: primarily female. He switched his platform to better sell to this crowd. If women weren't so swept up by his found jesus-esque attitude towards women, they would realize the transparency of his moves. Why do you really care what to do with this one girl on tinder? Just focus on other girls. First off, the chance of money being made is already enough of a motivator for what amounts to ~20 minutes of writing (the uber would be worth it alone imo). It's also that all of those apps are very well known except for 'yours', and they're presented in a fairly well known marketing manner (top 5 apps to get laid). Might as well have said 'one weird app to get your dick sucked tonight'. The execution is textbook.

Well.. yeah. Anything that provides value will have an associated cost. You can overpay, underpay, but "take up some resource" seems a bit silly to say. Also, time is far more valuable than the money (at least from what it loosely sounds like in your case) and you aren't accounting for that.

I can't believe so many posts missed the fundamental reason. Your first [ blank ] is really memorable- it's your first! It doesn't matter whether it's a first kiss, learning how to ride a bike, your first time driving a car, etc. Repetition in experiences often don't compare to the initial.

I suggest you look into Maslow's hierarchy of needs. It's a fantastic chart with a lot of reason behind it. Sure there are physical bonds, which tie us to certain needs like hydration, sexual satisfaction, and appetite satiety. However, there are many mental needs that aren't simply "in the pursuit of pussy". That understanding of human needs is too simplistic.

First off, "alpha" and "beta" isn't binary; it's a spectrum. It's also not a checklist (hit em all now I'm alpha). It's 90% a mentality thing. Now things you mentioned do matter because it makes people buy into your mentality easier. After all, it's easier to believe a ripped guy is alpha when he says he's alpha than when a 400 pound man does. He is not extremely alpha, but he does embody the redpill mentality- and he believes it to its core.

I think a main contributing factor is the type of mind a lot of gaming creates, or at the least attracts. Gamers generally solve puzzles, aim to break things/push things, are hyper critical, and are constantly defending their positions (whether it be that gaming is a waste of time, or why their fav game is the best, etc.). Gamers have years of forum fighting experience, and fighting the view that their hobby is a waste of time. Gamergate is not an unprecedented resistance to their hobby.

I think in both cases the mistake you make is that success should be measured externally. The instant you measure success externally, you lose control entirely of the destiny of your outcome as an individual, a man, and a human. To measure success internally means to forgo any sort of objective comparison and measurement, but it means you take full responsibility for your destiny, accomplishment, and success.

What people choose through a screen with a much larger than realistic pool of applicants will be different than the real world. Basically, almost all online profiles give is the immediate physical attributes (height, weight, race). In the real world, this will amount to getting turned down slightly more than other races (but well within variance caused by game and attire).

I think the more important issue is the burden of responsibility and a form of Ignorantia juris non excusat but for sexual consent. Just because you didn't "know" you didn't consent to sexual acts in hindsight does not mean that the consent you gave at the time is suddenly invalidated.

Your argument is completely wrong. There's actually a term for this: social Darwinism. Further, biological evolution, as well as other "evolutions", are not intrinsically directional! They are like a speed vs. a velocity. There is nothing that guarantees the way a society changes will actually improve its biological health.

I think you miss the point. -He couldn't sleep with the girls he wanted to because he had no experience -He thought too highly of himself without strong warrant. Even if we assume he was a 10, he couldn't close dimes because he hadn't practiced overcoming inaction/anxiety/rejection fear. -He had the goal of getting laid, and he was turning down the easiest group of women (ones that want to fuck him).
