6	How do I stop taking virtual rejection (getting left on read, getting left on delivered, getting ghosted...) so personally? "When you choose someone who doesn't choose you - it hurts." The hell it does. I can definitely relate to that statement. Had a mess with my gf/ex since covid hit. We just met again today and it started out fine, but ended rough for me. 1	How to deal with rejection? Let go of your ego man! How does one medidate? I used to be centered and very good in all of this a year ago but then everything was shattered when I was hospitilized and it all broke down for me. Hard to explain what I've experienced, but I can say my sense of self has shifted very fast and I was paranoid with everything for the past year.
