2	Confidence is NOT key and wishful thinking won't turn you into an alpha. A regular guy building confidence and game is the male equivalent of a chubby girl getting skinny. Yes, technically she is tricking us into thinking she is a more viable candidate for passing on our genetic material, by changing her appearance to reflect that of a younger woman.
