I have to disagree with you here. Some victims are just incapable of seeking for help. Kids may require 3rd party help in case of abuses. In this case though, a fair investigation by 3rd party should be done. Or, the girl herself make a public statement saying she didn't feel harassed in the situation. Since none of these work for whatever reason, the guy suffered.

Then there should be a trial for accused accusers if their accuses are grounded but technically flawed or actually false. If it's the former, accusers should still be protected.

The justice system is fine. Totally false accusations? No charge. It's the society that is the problem. Why ruin somebody for something he didn't do?

Maybe op is just somebody who wants to prove some point that this sub would upvote anything misogynistic without reading through source. Point proven false then. Down you go op. Pussy pass denied.

The best solution would be to address the root of the problem. In this case, that tribal family mindset. Fix that through education or whatever. A superficial solution like quotas is superficial and has no deep seating positive impact. Leaves any discrimination away from employment and let merit do its work. If theres still any imbalance, the problem probably goes deeper.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
