For one thing, the media. It glamorizes it in many films and it has been concluded in studies that sexual objectification of women in all media give men a sense that women are sex objects to use as their pleasure.

You completely left out the rest of it to fit your flawed argument. She says if you see your fellows make sexist comments, harassing a girl, just plain seeing your friends be an asshole or creep to a woman, call them out on it. How is that a bad thing?

She is not blaming anyone. She is contributing societys sexism and objectification in media that creates rape culture as a factor.

Are you serious? Yes rape IS one of the worst crimes imagineable you scumbag! Rape is not a natural urge and quoting a comedian as a base of factual support is pathetic.

You are completely missing the point. And using slippery slope fallacies. It is a persons choice to rape and it is not the responsibility of their parents. Rape culture is nurtured through media glamorizing rape, tolerating it, sexual objectification of women in media which leads to men not seeing women as a human being but a sex toy they can fuck without asking, using deoragotry words for women, this is rape culture.

If someone knocks out by being drunk, that gives no one the right to rape them or do anyhting to them. You are victim blaming.

Ive come across things similar but it was how rape of women osnt rape if shes dead or something. Both disgusting and obvious hate speech but fb has a nice loophole that says as long as ot is in form of comedy its acceptable.

I agree with the green, she eloquently pointed out that it is not an epidemic as it is for women. If we teach men not to rape women, we sure as hell can teach women not to rape men as well as not to lie about being raped because then that not only hurts an innocent guy, it makes people less inclined to believe a real rape victim. Rape culture is also heavily promoted by males so as far as I see it, it would do us some good to teach people not to rape.

You seem to know ver little about feminism. From what I see on these silly sexist boards under the guise of "male equality" is that you are generalizing all feminists by saying they are out to advance their rights over men which is simply false and a great device for sexist men to gain followers with frustrated men who are experiencing the stupid gender roles society has placed, which are, btw, very much supported by men. If you knew anyhting about feminism which you are ignorantly bashing, is t…

So you are equating a rapist to being masculine? Youre an idiot. Rapists are ill and they have a violent sexual disease of the mind. Sounds to me you are pro rape for even posting this crap.

The "damage" feminism has caused? What a load of shit. You mean now that men are being exposed for their sexism and bigotry towards women, their objectification and hypersexualization of them? Feminism has allowed critical thought on gender roles which open up conversation s about gender issues that men seemingly never had an issue with until women were allowed to start voicing yheir oinion, now men think its cool to complain about their petty problems like a guy sticking out for a womean he ass…

LOL. Do you even know hat feminism is? Obviously not. The one thing feminism fights is the sexist idea that women need men to protect them. They want women to stand strong independently. If anyhting, this is a result of patriarchy which indoctrinates young men into thinking all women are these weak, fragile flowers that must be guarded by a man.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
