I know what you mean, but gas stoves with 4 burners are a thing inside houses. I'm not sure why those are okay and don't cause problems. Used to have gas burners in two previous houses. Got electric right now. Perhaps it's natural gas vs propane, not sure. My google-fu says that the amount of gas burning required for cooking is very low compared to what's needed to be a danger. It says the #1 problem is actually malfunctioning vented gas wall heaters.

My kp doc almost got me with ibuprofen, same thing intense panic/anxiety for many months. After stopping, 12 months later I'm almost well. I take 1/3 (one third) Benadryl tablet every other night.
